There were twenty planned new golf courses around the city of Valencia over the next few years, though with the continuing financial crisis in Spain and particularly in this region, it is unlikely any will go ahead in the forseeable future. For the moment there are the following. All, apart from the Manises club, are private, and, it has to be said, pretty pricey. Most allow visitors on weekdays.
