Anita Darling visited the lovely Sorsi e Morsi restaurant, one of the Vicios Italianos chain, in Ruzafa for an enjoyable and informative evening learning to cook some of their keynote dishes, read her report here.

Following the success of our La Tomatina tours for the last few years, thisisvalencia.com are planning new tours to take in what is arguably the most spectacular of all of the festivals in Europe - Las Fallas.

This incredible fiesta takes place throughout the month of March but is most exciting from the 15-19 of the month.
